This month, we are excited to offer business coach Judy Digan, who was with NexStar Network for nearly 11 years! We sat with him to learn more about his background and journey in deals, and we hear about some of the lessons he learned along the way.
Q: Where and when did your start in trading?
A: I started working in a “one truck man” in the San Fernando Valley after it got out of the navy in 1989. We have done devices, floor ovens and window distributors – called it whatever you want. Fix, repair, repair!
Q: What brought you to Nexstar?
A: I met with a member of Nexstar to run a store that was thinking about buying in Los Angeles. I admired the owner, but was burned on the Los Angeles flight. This owner recommended me to the President of NexStar and here, after 10 years!
Q: Is there someone who inspired your journey in deals?
A: My husband’s brother is an independent contractor. He told me, “You should enter into heating and air. You will make a bank!”
Q: What are some of the professional features of your life that was important in your nomination for your role as a coach?
A: God has blessed many mentors and different roles in trading. I often assumed responsibilities as I got out of my head. When I presented these same opportunities, she seized them and learned a lot in this process.

Q: How does your usual day look like a coach?
A: When I am at home, I am at 4:45 am on my motorcycle, then to the gym for 5 days a week. I went home by 7:30, where I meditate, 5-5-20, and the first call at 8 am. My day is full of member calls for zooming, and I like every call is unique.
Q: What is the best part of your work and why?
A: I always tell my wife that I feel that God has rewarded me with this opportunity to help others. After all years operating companies, long transportation, tension, this is my dream function!
Q: If you are ready, please share one of the greatest powers with us.
A: Our greatest strength also offers our greatest chances. I would like to say I have patience. When the training members excel over a new or different process, I try to meet them as they can see the path forward.
Q: What do you do to relax when you are not at work?
A: All those years that we were raising our children and I was running my companies, my wife did all cooking. Now that we were empty, I enjoy cooking and planning meals.

Q: What are some of your passion?
A: My wife and I are both motorcycle riding. We enjoy both local horse riding and trips across the country!
Q: Anything else you want to share?
A: I would just like to thank our members for choosing Nexstar and making this organization what it is. When we go to the super meeting or attend the Nexstar training, spending some time with our organs is what makes me happy.
