Running is a metaphor for the success of the work

There is a joke among the contestants that we will find a way to run in any conversation.

I think this is because most people only see the images of the racing and the new glossy PRS (personal records). What they do not see is to wake up at three in the morning, early family times, discipline in nutrition, orthopedic visits, ice baths, cooling therapy, steam room sessions, and invest in trainers to help us improve. They do not see bustle. They do not see grinding.

It is the same thing at work.

As a software coach who works with plumbing, heating, cooling and electricity companies, I see this every day. Malcon and teams seeking operational efficiency, best customer experiences, and increasing profitability. They want “PRS” in their industry – growth, success and leadership.

But just like running, winning does not come easily. It is a work behind the scenes that makes the difference:

Mastering tools (such as servicitan) to improve the simplification of efficiency to improve customer interactions investing in training and development to raise the team level in long hours to understand work standards that really drive success.
