Opening smooth contact power

Smooth communication has increased an integral part of the communication service offers for multi -system operators (MSOS). MSOS may complete with the infrastructure of the hybrid network networks and various service offers of their communication with their other wireless offers – for example, mobile virtual network agreements (MVNO) with mobile network operators (MNOS) – in addition to taking advantage of their infrastructure. Depending on the infrastructure they own, MSOS may have to face different groups of wireless infrastructure.

In such scenarios, the transmission of user data movement between these different networks becomes very important to ensure a fixed user experience. It is the key to the application of unified and personal policies where users move inside and outside the coverage of these networks with regard to:

The transition is optimized, taking into account not only the RSSI signal index (RSSI) but also network congestion, the availability of neighboring networks and traffic requirements (based on traffic/application type). The transition is as fast and smooth as possible (without any noticeable disabling the user service) while maintaining the safety and privacy of user data.

Treating these challenges will enable smooth and consistent connection to subscribers, dynamically adapting to advanced user needs and network conditions.

Cablebs work in smooth communication space

Cablebs learn about the advanced scene of the mobile phone industry driven by the introduction of 5G and the availability of new and innovative spectrum options. In recognition of the growth of the growing subscribers of our members and the need to complete the current broadcast offers, we understand the importance of solving the pain points they face today (or they may face in the near future).

Given, Cablebs, in cooperation with our members, began a Smooth Working Group (WG) to understand some of these issues and verify their validity. The goal of the group is to reach multiple solutions that can meet the needs of the specific organs through compatibility with infrastructure and publishing strategies. Smooth communication is a major theme for seeing technology for the future of industry.

One of the possible solutions to address the problem of smooth communication is ATSS, or access to traffic, switching and division. To learn more about the uniform ATSS feature, see the trial video below. You can watch the full video, “ATSSS Hosage: Switching Smooth Traffic for Communication Uninterrupted”, here.

To learn more, check the paper on the smooth connection we published in SCTE TecheXPO24.
