April Nexteams Spotlight – Susan Couch

In this quarter, we sat with Susan Koch, director of the Rosko Brown Communications Center in Nashville, Tennessee, to ask her for little about herself and her professional life. Susan recently helped host Management Management Nexteam Meetup.

Meetups to manage the Nexstar Communications Center for free monthly calls between members of customer service teams and NexStar customer experience coaches. Anyone can join a call! These meetings are a great opportunity for the directors of the Communication Center to meet with their peers and issues of solving problems that they may face in the job.

Q: Hello, Susan! How help you be part of the next monthly calls to increase your professional development?

A: The best part of this group is that we all work to solve the problems and problems we face within our companies. Knowing that others suffer from the same issues really help!

Q: Being the director of a communication center that requires flexibility, great skill and talent! What is one of the great things in your role in Rosko Brown?

A: I would like to say that one of the best things in my job is that I get experience and try new things to improve our company and improve work. I think everyone needs to be flexible and open to try new ideas!

Q: What do you like to do for fun when you don’t work?

A: I have a side job called Tops for Tots – I make children’s hats! All are unique, with a special button on the head of hats. These hats are made to grow with your child. You roll the hats when your child is in the hospital, and with his growth, you continue to roll them. My hamters are in two retail stores and I do about four offers during the year!
