After launching his new innovation to many fans at the end of January, we put questions on Kieran Pye, the ChumpFIX inventor, to learn more about the product and the benefits that it can provide to electrician professionals.
Q: How easy is Chumpfix suitable and why is it faster than the usual methods?
It is much easier than plugs and nails – you can simply drive the screws via plasterboard and to ChumpFIX. Since drilling or installing plugs are needed, every time Chumpfix is used, you will mainly save time. It works perfectly with lathe and plaster, but it may need to use longer screws because plaster in these walls can be very thick.
Q: Where can ChumpFIX use?
Chumpfix can be used to fix most of the surface installations, such as pendants, smoke alarms, chandeliers, ceiling light equipment, wall light equipment, cloud switches, surface -fixed plugs (both metals and plastic), fire call points, surface -fixed switches, as well as many other sockets. The unit can also be used to complete the plasterboard repair.
A common application we find from the product is the electricity it uses to change the necklace to the installation of decorative light (in a new house, for example). Customers were stuck on how shocked them quickly and cleaning the work and hygiene, with no dust. This provides a huge time to provide both work and make it well.
Since the product acquires traction, we offer us new applications all the time, including lighting of light through a Victory roof rose, tie sized lights to ceiling tiles, smoke installation and smoking warning on a 75 mm hole on the ceiling.
Q: How difficult is ChumpFix?
ChumpFix is designed to hold a full set of equipment on the walls of the plate and ceilings. The handle is designed to be strong so that it can withstand multiple bends and will not be pulled despite Chumpfix during installation.
Q: How many ChumpFixs are in a package and what are the colors available?
There are five Chumpfixs in each package. The product is currently available in green.
Q: What is the best screws for use in ChumpFIX and how many screws you get?
We provide 4 mm screws to provide the best balance between installation and installation power. There are ten screws in each ChumpFix package that will allow a boltal for each ChumpFIX.
Q: What is the material made of Chumpfix?
Chumpfix consists of nylon because this is more strict than the usual polypropylene from which most of the walls are made, including yellow, red and brown plugs. This makes repair stronger while keeping a thin Chumpfix and easy to use.
Q: Can ChumpFIX use more than once?
Yes. There are many holes in Chumpfix and each hole should be used only once. To hold the plate for the second, the second square hole can be used with a piece of wire, or the handle can be removed from the opening during the first use.
Q: Is the repetition of Chumpfix recycling as a product, and is the packaging also recyclable?
Chumpfix consists of nylon, which is a difficult plastic that can be recycled in most household waste facilities. It should not be placed in local recycling funds. We have made the package primarily from cardboard, which can be easily recycled.
Q: Where can electricians buy Chumpfix from?
We have already got some distribution through the electric wholesalers, so be sure to ask the local wholesaler about the product. We will also have more updates and stocks to participate in the next few months. If you cannot access the product through your wholesaler, it can be purchased through our online store – https://chumptoools.com/shop
