To celebrate the fifth Christmas on the Nextech Academy electrical program, we are excited to share reflections from two of our amazing three graduates in the Clover Electric in Cleveland, Ohio. Reading to find out how the electrical program positively affected the life and professions of these young electricians.
“Hello, my name is Nathan McLusky, and I entered this trade because my father started his electrical career in residential work. Monitor his passion for his career that inspired me to take the same career. The next helped me discover more things about the electrical work that I did not know, and this inspired me to learn more. This also helped me to expand the scope of my knowledge in the electrical work in general and made me better.
I also gained a better position when entering the work; I look forward to communicating with my co -workers and customers. This helped me come to work in a positive mental state and makes me careful to help people in their electrical needs. Nextech helped me learn more about myself when it comes to my ethics. This helped me in realizing that I am a person working hard and really interested in helping others.
Nextech also surprised me by making me enthusiastic about my career and goals. I am keen to obtain a Journeyman license to expand my electricity and bear more responsibility in the work environment. You have made me experience through the program more friendly for people around me and helped me get to know different aspects of myself.
My family and friends now come to obtain electrical advice and trust me on the electrical issues they face. In general, Nextech changed me as a person and made me stronger and more confident. “

“My name Alexis Banheidi Nev. Before Nextech, I was working on medical research and very happy. I knew that I needed a job that kept my participation and challenged my mind more. It didn’t take long to realize that I either needed to go to the college or search for a job in deals.
My father was a roof and raised around the merchants. The idea of a woman in deals can be frightening. However, with the words of my father’s encouragement, giving me the batch that I need, I quickly overcome my fear and started applying for an electrical industrial disciple.
I am grateful because Clover Electric is the company that gave me this opportunity. They do a lot to their employees, including providing opportunities with the Nextech Academy. All employees are very good and ready to help me learn and answer my questions.
Nextech gave me confidence in speaking with customers, and helped me to show good work constantly, and he was crucial in helping me learn how to become electric. I have applied everything I learned from Nextech, and I still grow and develop more every day! “
