EVS accusation | Ricardo develops an electric drive engine with no rare land or copper

Ricardo engineering company, the development and test of the typical electrical payment unit, science, and a simultaneous frequency engine that does not contain critical raw materials such as rare Earth or cobalt.

Alumotor was delivered in a consortium funded by the United Kingdom, led by Ricardo, which aims to address issues related to the environmental impact of materials for electric motors.

The engine is used by aluminum hair rolls, and the device is cooled for oil to generate energy output of 214 kW and maximum efficiency of more than 92 %, making it suitable for light commercial vehicles and highways applications. Full expansion is made suitable for other applications.

“We are excited to be at the forefront of aluminum hair rolls test, and we achieve strong performance data that supports going to the future market,” said Dr. Dragka Costik Peruvic, the chief engineer in Ricardo, in charge of the Alumotor project.
