“This last report of RRC International matters incredibly and works as a strong reminder for workers in the construction industry and employers that health and safety must be given priority above all.
“Given that the decrease in height is always in the first place where the main factor is in many fatal and non -deadly injuries in the construction industry, we once again emphasize the importance of developing a healthy culture and strong safety to help work to reduce these numbers.
“We know that negative situations towards health and safety can contribute to a serious injury or worse. Therefore, there is a need to increase awareness and training and encourage open communication around it to prevent more unnecessary injuries within the construction.
“When it comes to working from the height, we urge employers to ensure the provision of radical training regularly. In addition, they should make sure that workers are planning jobs properly and that they can access the right equipment free of damage and signs appropriate for professional use.
