We know that innovation is a collective effort. The working groups in Cablebs gather members, sellers, and industrial peers to comply with challenges and develop solutions in the real world. Whether this provides Docsis® technology through practical cooperation in our Labs events or the formation of network development strategies through our ecosystem of innovation, every penetration begins with the right people in the room.
This commitment is reflected in cooperation in efforts such as the technology vision of the industry, which reformulates the innovation of wide range on the user experience – and the joint action requires it. You can also see it at work through initiatives such as our · Labs events, where engineers and sellers test and accelerate the development of new technologies together.
All of this is supported by the work that occurs within our laboratories, where the real world test bodies allow the transition from concept to publication-speed and accuracy.

Preparing future workforce

Maintaining innovation means preparing the next generation of broadcaster specialists – and supporting those in this field already. Cablebs and our branch, SCTE, are obligated to enable these emerging professionals through meaningful experiences to help them build the skills, confidence and links they need to prosper in this industry.
To grow technology leaders in the future, the Cablebs Summer Training Program welcomes the university and talented university students to gain experience in the real world at our headquarters in Colorado and contribute directly to innovation in the industry. At high school, our support for programs such as P-Tech for local students who get local services helps to have a STEM and guidance experience.
We are also proud to cooperate with SCTE, which plays a vital role in equipping engineers and technicians with certificates, standards and skills they need to face today’s networks – and tomorrow.
