EVS accusation | Ennovi combines advanced functions with Busbar seal technology in EV and Hybrid Drivetrains

ENNOVI, an electronic movement provider, presented a new technology for the wicked seal, which prevents cooling in hybrid driving applications and EV.

Ennovi -sealtech can be used with either Busbars or other connections to accommodate applications such as engines, reflectors or oil pump facades. It provides two ways to seal: dual wall reduction tubes or adhesive tape for hard applications. Both eliminate post -therapy, enhance the efficiency of manufacturing and design flexibility without sacrificing the performance of the seal, according to Ennovi.

The validity of each composition is valid through a comprehensive test, including thermal aging at 150 ° C for 1000 hours and the thermal shock ride from -40 ° C to +150 ° C for 600 minutes, according to the criteria of EN 60068-2. The leakage test is also performed to check the integrity of the seal.

The use of the contraction or tape-saltech tapes allows adaptation to any form and specifications of design. This technology is compatible with a wide range of minerals and plastic, including copper, aluminum, Pa66, PBT, PC and others.

“Manage Busbar facades in EVS where the cooling liquid is on one side, and a dry and electric dry connection on the other side requires many challenges,” said Dominic Polic, Envy Product Wallet Manager. “Traditional sealing methods, such as placing O rings, rubber gaskets, or gaskets, bear the high cost and time for secondary operations and/or problems related to leakage over the age of the assembly-ONVI-Sealtech overcomes all these restrictions.”
