Apple CarPlay Ultra is supposed to provide “the final car experience” for Apple Smartphone users. It takes many aspects of the experience and display of your car program, including vehicle settings, climate control, driving patterns, mobility and more. But car manufacturers do not want to waive their software operations to Apple, and they are retreating.
For iPhone users, it looks like a dream: All you love in Apple Carplay, but it is completely spread across your car.
It has been guessed, the terrible and slow interface of your car that has been developed by a car company that is now branching into the programs – and may not be successful. You can get a familiar interface with all your favorite applications and settings in the car itself, all of which apply with you when you leave the car and take the iPhone with you.
This is the Apple CarPlay Ultra promise. It seems great, unless you are a car company that has invested billions of dollars on the software aspect of things and you see a lot of capabilities in user data.

A new report from Financial Times indicates. One of the executives unnoticed in Renault was very frankly, according to the report: “Do not try to invade our own systems.”
So far, that company, Mercedes -Benz, Volvo, Pleistar and a few others have indicated that they have no plans to provide full expansion in iOS in their cars. Although they do not go further, the most basic standard version of this system provides the smartphone version only on the main entertainment screen – it seems to draw a line in allowing Apple to take over all the functions of the car.
Apple Carplay Ultra recently appeared on Aston Martin cars, which no one was completely electric. However, Porsche makes EVS and will provide Apple CarPlay Ultra as well. Ford, Nissan and Nviniti refused to tell FT what their plans are.
Apple Carplay, even in its current form, tends to be one of the most required and most used features on any new car. It is a smooth and fast integration between the car and your phone for easy connection and text messages, mobility and various applications such as Apple Music and Spotify.
Simply: Carplay is just a much easier hell than using most software systems developed by auto manufacturers, and there are common denominators between what is on your phone and what is on your car. This is remarkably comfortable and does not require any educational curve for new systems.
But it is understood why many car manufacturers do not deliver access to more jobs, such as additional screens, sensors and even car jobs. If Apple is able to do better programs than you can – and let us be honest, it is likely that – what is the future that the auto company has? Are you supposed to be just the structure manufacturers of technology companies?

This is a frightening proposal when many car manufacturers around the world search for stagnant sales growth and want to achieve new revenue flows over time, especially repeated revenues. Hyundai, for example, you want features dependent on programs that make up 30 % of the future profits one day. This includes one subscription and download features and other digital additional functions-not to mention the profitable capabilities about selling your data.
This future looks completely unlikely when a person can reach an Apple interface, all smartphone applications and settings, and perhaps even free. While Apple tends to do, clear limits have been set on the data collected by CarPlay Ultra or even sharing it with your phone. It is an exciting feature for users, but it is a blow to the dreams that depend on the software.
Then again, the Apple CarPlay Ultra interface reminds me of many cars that I saw in China, including new models from the Tech Giant Xiaomi. These cars are merged directly into a common environmental system to allow controlling home appliances and storing personal files even from your car. Very few, if any, automobile companies that sell vehicles in the West can coincide with this level of program integration.
If car manufacturers believe they could do better than Apple, they have a better technical game.
