Although it is strange and has recently become a controversial topic, the culture of transformation in the United States has recently received a lot of attention.
Many people outside the United States face a problem in realizing the idea of expressing servers, as many believe that the restaurant should pay them a suitable for living and stop relying on customers to keep employees to a point they can live reasonably well.

This is a great gesture of Tesla because it seems that more and more people every day oppose the shift in an attempt to force restaurants to pay more money. Although it looks a good strategy at first, it only affects the servers, while this decision does not affect the restaurant and its owners.
Tesla takes these risks outside the equation by providing a reward for employees through its own means.
