SPAN, a company specialized in smart home energy management systems, has expanded its products with the introduction of two new smart electric plates – the 16 main and MLO 24. These additions were designed to meet the needs of homes that have smaller electrical service requirements or those who need a complementary sub -group to complete the large models already available.
The basic function of all smart electrical panels in SPAN includes providing home owners with detailed monitoring, department level and controlling their electrical consumption through the software platform. This system is designed to facilitate the integration of high -order devices such as electric vehicle chargers and heat pumps without the need for expensive upgrade to the utility service connection. Moreover, when it is combined with solar panels and a home battery, the power management program in the plate can improve backup energy during electrical power and possibly extend the battery duration.
