The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) concluded a series of general listening sessions on a SPACEX proposal to launch its high heavy missile from the Kennedy Space Center in NASA.
The sessions, which were held alike, online, are part of a review of the ecological effect statement (EIS), which will determine whether Spacex will be cleared to make stars and landing releases from the space coast in Florida.
FAA review and oral launch plans
According to the EIS project in FAA, SpaceX seeks permission to develop the fully reusable stars system from Complex Complex 39a, where a tower and an already customized infrastructure began. The proposed processes can include a decline in KSC or Droneships throughout the Atlantic, Pacific Ocean and Indian Oceans. FAA confirmed that the final approval is not guaranteed with the completion of the EIS, as the requirements must be fulfilled, as it was noted in the Space.com report.
The largest scale for Starship compared to Falcon 9 means expanding exclusion areas for air and sea and access to the beach. Local concerns
General comments reflect a mixture of optimism and discomfort.
