What challenge did you overcome this year? There are many, but mental health is always a battle to overcome.

If you could invite anyone to Thanksgiving dinner, who would it be and why? Joseph – I got to hear him talk about the day he revealed to his brothers who he was.

What is your earliest memory of Thanksgiving as a child? My late Aunt Chris’s house with her dry turkey and family.

Where will you celebrate Thanksgiving this year? We celebrate Thanksgiving with the pastor’s family, because our family is so far away.

Will you be watching football on Thanksgiving? If you do this, who do you want to win? I probably won’t watch football, but I’ll be fine as long as the Cowboys lose.

What challenge did you overcome this year? The biggest challenge I overcame was finding the motivation to read the Bible consistently.

Name one small thing you’re grateful for this year: Things are mostly going smoothly for my wife at her job.

If you could invite anyone to Thanksgiving dinner, who would it be and why? I would love to host my dad and brother for Thanksgiving, because my dad can cook a bad turkey! It will be fun to have everyone around you.

What is your earliest memory of Thanksgiving as a child? Sitting at the kids table with all my cousins, eating turkey and potatoes until I got sick!

Will you be watching football on Thanksgiving? If you do this, who do you want to win? Football isn’t high enough on my list of priorities to care about who wins. However, if it comes out on Thanksgiving, I’ll enjoy watching anyone play.

What challenge did you overcome this year? Run a mile in under 8 minutes. I’m not a runner and I used to smoke. Running now is a miracle. Next year is much faster

Name one small thing you’re grateful for this year: vision

If you could invite anyone to Thanksgiving dinner, who would it be and why? Jesus is in the flesh, self-evident. If they had to be in the flesh right now, I’d go with Dan Mohler. One of my favorite pastors to watch and I thought it would be a pleasure to speak with him.

What is your earliest memory of Thanksgiving as a child? My uncle teaches us how to make bullets in his basement. Maybe it was 10-12.
