In this month, we were able to sit with one of the amazing opponent’s coaches, Olivia Centers, to talk about what brought her to NexStar, what appears to be her regular day, and what is most important for her.
Q: What brought you to Nexstar?
A: NexStar was my first introduction in deals!
Before that I worked in managing commercial projects. When I came to Nexstar, I was looking for a new adventure! My former job managers were working with Nexstar for about a year and had only good things to say about her experiences.
Q: What are some functional features that were important in directing you to your role as a coach?
A: My five -year experience taught me as a project manager, the value of flexibility, setting goals, and attention to details. The functional experience that I feel grateful is my time in teaching pre -kindergarten, as this helped me to realize how much it fills as a cup when I get the support of others on their journey.
Q: How does your usual day look like a coach?
A: Every day it brings new opportunities, which is something I really enjoy. I usually meet with 2-3 members daily to help them increase the benefits of the discount program. Outside of these meetings, it was involved with our network of 170 strategic partners to explore how their experience can support our members. In addition, I run many projects and initiatives that aim to enhance our team’s ability to serve members effectively and provide value.
Q: What is the best part of your job and why?
A: The best part of my job is to communicate with emotional organs every day and help them achieve their goals.

Q: What is one of your greatest powers?
A: Honoament is the greatest great strength for me, personally and professionally. I allow me to lead sympathy to build meaningful communications and provide effective support to others.
Q: What do you do to relax when you are not at work?
A: When I am not at work, you can usually find me competing in my gardens, reading a book, going to a concert, or trying a new restaurant with my husband and friends.
Q: What are some of your passion?
A: I am enthusiastic about nature, food and volunteering in my community. I also love support for independent companies, and collect books and earrings by local artists.
