The mastermind of Trades will be close to Las Vegas for the Rilla Master team, an event with a group of stars hosted by February 24 to 26, 2025 by the Strategic partner team of the NexStar Network in Rilla. A list of the first class of inspiring players includes sports myths on the day of the game Nick Saban and Billy in addition to prominent contractors and prominent sales professionals from all over the country.
Chris Hondel, the Nexstar sales coach, an old manufacturer in industry for 15 years, plans to bring his winning approach to those present at Rilla Master when he leads “Core Four of Sales Coaching” on Wednesday, February 25 from 11:15 am to noon. Chris will share implementable strategies that leaders can use to inspire their own teams, promote performance, and gain confidence.
We signed with Chris to learn more about the day of his game and hear what he is looking forward to in Rilla Master. This is what he said!
Q: Thank you for inspecting your hacking session in Rilla Master, Chris! First, what are you looking for more?
Obviously, Nick Saban! How many times can you see and try knowledge nuggets from one of the greatest training minds to roam the Earth?! Regardless, however, I am very excited to rub the elbows with our Nexstar members who will be in the attendance. Rila was a changing for many members. You are able to communicate with them in this preparation and hear what works and what they are excited about activating me as a sales coach.
Q: Wonderful! Let’s talk about your Tuesday’s topic … It is an important topic. Why did you choose to talk about Core Four?
The philosophy that I live is that there is no silver bullet, but there is a lot of gold bbs. Although Rilla is like Rilla, some believe it is the Set-Forgge-Et. The fact is that artificial intelligence tools such as Rilla require continuous improvement. Look at Pro and SPORTS at the college level. Rapid access to information in real time the game, but it did not replace great coaches like Nick Saban. They have adapted to use information and data for their team, yet they are still effective as coaches. In the two hacking sessions, we will dive into Core Four from sales training and how they correspond to Rilla Services.
Q: We realize that you cannot reveal a lot, but can you address Core Four?
definitely! Core Four reminds me of eating vegetables. My wife was after years to eat healthy. However, it is difficult to do this with a crowded travel schedule. However, recently, my wife and I really good cooking and making amazing healthy dishes that include vegetables and taste well. Therefore, Core Four is similar to the two healthy eating flights. We all know that we need a physically riding, and we have 1 on 1 with our sales representatives, training our teams, and setting goals but often like the vegetables that we tend to avoid. Rilla does not replace these basics but supports them so that we can complete “Core Four” in an improved way and achieve better results than we can get in the past.
Q: Who inspired you while you are working through your presentation? Share a little about this person and why it is an important part of your journey.
For years, it was a pleasure to touch with a noble man named Eric Bols. Eric is a former American Football Association player who then turned into the leadership coach and trained companies such as Starbock, Dunkin ‘Donuts and Verizon. Walk through how we live in a world “/and”. Successful companies can not be today either/or, they should be/and. His positive emotional approach, associated with a parked, affected training and speaking, and has in turn managed to help members be free from their self -images until they know.
Q: Who is your directed topic, Chris?
I am preparing specifically to the message to sales leaders. Often after I speak, I have people from the audience saying things like, “I am not in sales but much that I have discussed applies to my team too!” Core Four, which we will explore in Rilla Master, applies to anyone who leads a team, but the content provides a specific topic for sales leadership.
