China has developed a plan to launch more than 100,000 high-speed EV charging stations by 2027-all of which will be open to the public.
The joint notification between the National Development and Reform Committee (NDRC), issued on Monday, requires local authorities to collect construction plans for highways service areas and set the priorities of those that witness the use of 40 % or more during the travel rush.
