BYD announced at an event on February 10 this year that it has named its intelligent driving system God’s Eye, which includes various branches.
The high-end God’s Eye A system uses a DiPilot 600 solution using three LiDARs, primarily for its ultra-luxury sub-brand Yangwang.
The intelligent driving solution for the God’s Eye B system is the DiPilot 300 and uses one or two LiDAR units. It primarily serves select BYD models, as well as the Denza and Fang Cheng Bao brands.
The intelligent driving solution for the God’s Eye C system is DiPilot 100 and uses a camera-based visual solution without LiDAR. It’s designed for BYD’s more affordable models.
Apart from God’s Eye systems, the Fang Cheng Bao brand includes Huawei’s Qiankun ADS intelligent driving solution in select models.
The Bao 8 off-road vehicle (sports utility vehicle), launched in November 2024, represents the BYD Group’s first model equipped with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS system.
Last month, Fang Cheng Bao introduced the long-range version of the Bao 5 SUV, which features the Qiankun ADS 4 intelligent driving system, in two more expensive versions.

The Racco is BYD’s fifth model in Japan, targeting a popular segment in the country.
