Valley View Enterprises, Inc. is looking for… For an administrative/personal assistant. Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks as well as well-versed in office procedures. Must have good interpersonal skills, be flexible, and have exemplary organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Email – Retrieve bidding opportunities and memos appropriately. Prioritize emails and respond if necessary.
· Type estimates and invoices in QuickBooks.
· Accounts receivable once a month and entered into QuickBooks.
· Reconciling bank statements monthly.
· Manage vendor payments.
· Follow up on late invoices.
· Keep employee files up to date.
· Enter salaries every two weeks.
· Enter cost analysis data into Excel once a week.
· Event planning (annual meeting and company gathering)
· Deposit
· All other duties as assigned.
