Evolution Electric provides residential, commercial, and industrial electrical services in the Nashville, Tennessee metropolitan area. All electrical work is performed by licensed electricians in accordance with applicable Tennessee state regulations and the National Electrical Code (NEC).

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates provided through our Site, by phone, or in person are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change upon inspection of actual site conditions.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We will not proceed with work that exceeds the agreed-upon estimate without your approval.
  • Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement provided prior to commencement of work.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Booking an appointment through our Site constitutes a request for service, not a guaranteed appointment until confirmed by our team.
  • We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. Emergency situations or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in a service fee.

4. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your email address through our forms, you consent to receive email communications related to your inquiry, including appointment confirmations, service-related follow-ups, and review requests after completed services.

Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive text messages. Text (SMS) messages are sent only if you check the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox on our forms. If you do, you agree to receive text messages from Evolution Electric regarding your service inquiries, appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to purchase services.

5. AI-Powered Communications

We use AI-powered tools to assist with lead follow-up and customer communications. By submitting your information through our "Need Electrical Help?" form, you consent to receiving a follow-up phone call from our AI-powered electrical assistant regarding your electrical service needs. Automated text messages from the assistant are sent only if you check the optional SMS consent checkbox on that form. If you do not check the box, your request is still received and we will follow up by phone or email without automated texting.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

  • All workmanship is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and subject to the manufacturer's terms.
  • Warranty claims must be reported promptly. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law:

  • Evolution Electric shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing electrical conditions, code violations, or hazards not caused by our work.
