If you’re new to Nexstar or unfamiliar with our “Big Show,” the Super Meeting is Nexstar’s largest annual meeting, where we come together to connect and network with our members, the best in the industry!
This year, our theme is “Build to Scale” – we are ready to help members take their businesses to the next level, whatever that means for them. During our time together, we will focus on leveraging leading practices with proven and emerging technologies. The technology landscape is constantly evolving, and as we continue to learn from our partners and members, we are committed to providing attendees with operational practices that will help grow their businesses. Our trainers and partners are excited to help cut through the technology noise and provide the tactics and strategic guidance to ensure success in today’s marketplace.
On Tuesday, September 24, the Super Meeting will kick off with a bang – the two-day Strategic Partner Expo will kick off, and attendees will be able to chat with several partners in person and learn how they can help drive success. There will also be a welcome reception, where members can mingle with their peers; a 90-to-Connect speed networking event; coach and trainer networking rooms (to meet your coaches face-to-face!); and informational strategic partner panel discussions. Wednesday, September 25 is packed with exciting events – and the excitement starts early in the day! If you’re a new member, be sure to attend our New Member Breakfast, where you’ll meet your peers and some of the Nexstar leadership team.
Then dynamic keynote speaker and serial entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk will kick off the main stage programming with an inspiring talk on how to harness the marketing mindset for success. Breakout sessions will explore how AI is transforming business, and you can join one of several free trips sponsored by strategic partners, including a beer tasting, golf outing, and wine tasting excursion. Don’t miss the exclusive Explore The Trades Fireworks & Dessert Party at EPCOT® fundraising event in the evening!
On Thursday, September 26 and Friday, September 27, more plenary speakers will take the main stage. Sit back and enjoy mic moments from some special keynote speakers, including Hollywood action hero and 38th Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger! Founder and Chairman Rocky Ozaki and economist Brian Beaulieu will also provide information and inspiration.
There are countless ways to meet your peers and mentors during the Super Meeting, Nexstar members. On Thursday evening, women in the professions are invited to attend a Nexstar Women’s Leadership and Networking Training Reception. The Strategic Partners Expo will feature interactive games and cash prizes. And Nexstar’s hosting skills are second to none—you’ll enjoy snacks, drinks, activities and camaraderie with your industry friends all week long, all at the fun-filled Walt Disney World Resort!
